In response to growing demand, the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) will be offering Teen Driver’s Education 33-hour courses at:
Location: North Providence Safety Complex, 1835 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904
Dates: January 14, 2025 – February 1, 2025
Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
Times: Tues/Thurs from 2:10 p.m. – 5:10 p.m. & Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

CCRI is the largest driver’s education provider in Rhode Island, and the only provider able to administer the RI-DMV Knowledge exam (permit test) as part of the driver’s education course, expediting the time between completing the class and getting a learner’s permit.
Per RIGL § 31-10-19 Driver education – Traffic safety education, students must be at least 15 years, 10 months, by the first day of class.
**Its important students DO NOT use their school email address when creating their CCRI profile due to school email notification restrictions.
