Senior Project
The English language is many things – art, a way of communication, and a science all its own. Our team of educators at North Providence High School ensure students not only learn how to share stories effectively, write in a variety of styles, and continue a love of reading, but also grow an appreciation and understanding of the written word and its power. The growth of our students as writers, critical readers and analyzers, and communicators is evident as they progress from freshman year through their final year at NPHS. They fine-tune their public speaking skills, write more in-depth narratives, read for enjoyment and with intention, and discover and share their most expressive thoughts yet. These skills also become part of their qualities as people – and follow them well beyond their years at NPHS.
