High School’s CTE Pathway Parent Informational Session
This week all 8th graders will have the opportunity to learn about North Providence High School’s CTE Pathway Programs. NPHS offers pathways in the following areas:
- Business Financial Management
- Computer Science
- Law and Public Safety
- Marine Trades (Boatbuilding)
- Pre-Engineering
- PTECH Health Science
NPHS will also host a Parent Informational Session on each pathway on Wednesday, February 2nd at 6:00 pm. All families are encouraged to attend to learn about the programs of study, meet with the teachers, and ask questions. All families will enter the front entrance of the high school (side facing Mineral Spring Avenue) and will be guided into the auditorium. Promptly at 6:00 pm, the teachers of the pathway will take their families to their prospective classroom for their pathway presentation. There will be time at the end of the presentation to speak to all teachers in case your child is interested in more than one of the programs of study. Please be sure to wear a mask.
Online applications will be open, starting on February 3rd for all interested students. Please visit the website to learn more about NPHS CTE Pathways:
