
All school registrations and address updates for students in the Town of North Providence are processed in person at the North Providence Public Schools Administration Building located at 1820 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, RI 02904.
New Students
If you live in North Providence, there are two ways to register your student (Choose one option only):
OPTION 1 – (PAPER) Complete the following application and bring it to our main office along with all the required documents. We cannot accept incomplete registrations. Appointments are not necessary but are available. Click here to make an appointment.

OPTION 2 – (ONLINE) Click the following link and follow instructions. Required documentation must be uploaded. Additional information and documentation may need to be provided in person. Administration staff may contact you if any follow-up is needed.
NEW STUDENT ON-LINE ENROLLMENT PORTAL
Note for Online Applicants: If you already have a parent Skyward account for another student currently enrolled in North Providence, please log into your account. Choose NP: New Student Enrollment from the menu on the left-hand side and follow instructions. If you are not able to see the menu, click the plus sign (+) to expand it.
Existing Students (Address Change)
If the home address of a student currently enrolled in North Providence changes to a different address within North Providence, please complete the following and bring to our main office along with all required documentation.
